The obituary of Lucy Manley (1900)

Lucy Manly, an old and honored colored servant who had been in the employ of Mrs. M. T. Withers and Colonel L. P. Harper and others at different times, died last night at her home, on First Cross street. She was the wife of Robert Manly. The remains were buried in Oak Lawn cemetery this afternoon.
